could be it... could be a lot of things. sounds like the clutch isn't disengaging. could be: leaky lines/fittings, dead master or slave cylinders, or even a messed up clutch disc (my clutch died and the springs got caught between the PP and clutch so it wouldnt disengage)

when i got my cafr tuned 90 miles ago the cm clutch could not hold and started to slip, but on low boost it was holding fine. car only has 67000 miles do slave or master cylinders have a rep of going out

i had the same problem a month ago with my coupe . i drove to work that night but when i went to crank it up that mournin it would not go into gear after its runnin i tried everything . everytime i would crank it up it would make a scratchijg noise but didnt do that before. i could put it in first then crank it but thats it wouldnt go into any other gear . well after looking under the hood for awhile i notice that two of the tranny bolts where loose and the tranny had a lil space between the motor after i torked those down everything went back to normal. you talking about pissed.!! thought was the clutch.

check the tranny bolts ..wouldnt hurt.

I had same exact problem, it ended up being my CV Axle came out of tranny "passenger side"... Would go in gear perfect with car off, but start car and wouldnt go anywhere... Give it a look, I'm pretty sure thats your problem... Good Luck..

when you push the clutch in and try to shift into gear (with car on) does it make the sound like if you weren't pushing the clutch at all and just trying to force the shifter into gear? IF so, its either slave or master cylinder are bad.

Check carpet around clutch pedal under dash is it wet at all?
Check same place but in engine compartment (around clutch master cyl) is it wet?

If so replace master cylinder. I would replace slave also just incase.

One time I had a flywheel bolt back out and it would not let the clutch disengage all the way so I could not shift. Thats like worse case scenario but I thought I would share it too.

could be the axle or the fork itself not installed correctly
