Default Question: 99-00 Front Conversion on a 97 Hatch...

I got this e-mail after asking about few parts for front conversion and this is what it said:

"First of all I must tell you that we haven't any info as to whether the
parts from a 99 will fit on a 97."

So my question is, if I get a 99-00 front bumper, hood, fenders, will it fit on my 1997 hatch? The reason I want to do the conversion is because I like the front bumper better than what i have no (also want the fog lights).

Will i have to change/fix anything to the 99-00 body parts etc.?

Something about a radiator support too?

Search for it, it's been covered a lot.

with the rad support, you need to either:
-get a 99-00 one or
-notch your 96-98 one to accomidate the 99-00 lights

You can either notch or use the 99-00 radiator support. The support is welded in, so it's a bit of work to replace; so you may just want to notch it to fit.

I thought you just notch the bumper so it fits over the radiator support?
