Default heeeeelp me...suspension

today i tried to install my new coilovers and i CANT get the bolts lose on my rear struts that bolt to the LCA what can i do?...thanks!!

They may be seized. Go get some PB Blaster and spray those *******.

or

You can just use an impact gun to break them loose.

1/2" Breaker bar, 2 foot hollow pipe

It will break free.

i brought it to hte local shop and had them break the front ones lose but when they did the rear they said that the bushing was turning with the bolt...should i still try and muscle them out?

Not usually a good idea with seized bolts, chances are you'll rip off the head of the bolt before the bolt comes loose.

Tell them to put a wrench on the other side to hold it so they can break it loose with the gun.

You need new bushings, the same exact thing happened to me on my rear suspension. I think it was like $25.00 for the new bushings and then an hour of labor. I think it came out close to $100.00 when I was done.

yeap you need new bushings .. the rubber ish no good no more..
if you have more money now would be a good tyme to look for a lca with
sway bar bolt hole, if you already have it disregard.
oh yeah, blow torch that sucker out .
