i agree sgT. this comin from a guy that buys JUN stuff but gets FREE cam gears. something tells me not everything is right here, hehe. at 20 degrees retarded he should have bent valves. i also agree with that other guy, installers error. cam gears do have torque specs. but STR is gay stuff.

 

hx_guy installed the cam gears... so go ahead and bitch at them if you think they were installed wrong! You all seem to love him.

 

I told you from the start they were pieces of sh*t Sam..even when I was working on them..the ywere harder then poo poo to loosen and tighten..but I assure you they were tightened well.

On the other hand..who's the "smartguy" that took his car into VTEC after the cam gears slipped and the car ran like complete ***?
I really do not understand why or how people can do this. The car runs liek poo poo..bearly goes..boggs..obviously something wrong..yet they still try and take it into 5500+ RPM territory.
