Sub box?
I just purchased a Rockford P210S4 subwoofer. I also purchased a Q logic ported box with a 1.00cu ft volume. In the subwoofer manual it states that a 1.25 cu ft box is recommended. Therefore, I was wondering if i put the sub in the 1.00 cu ft box I have now will it sound bad?
Thanks

chances are it will sound fine, But when you install it you could buy poly-fill put it inside the box. Poly fill is supposed to slow the air down and make the sub think it's in a bigger box.
Also please note the box i have can be ported or sealed by putting the provided plug over the hole. Rockford says for the ported it should be 1-1.5 they rec a 1.25 for a sealed it is .5 - 1 and they rec a .65
