steering column broken

I need to replace my steering column because my car was recently broken into. Any one know how or where I can find out how to install a tilt steering column because I cannot afford a shop (best price I got was $500). Please respond soon, I am currently without a car.

I have a 1990 Honda CRX DX

know how or find out what? How to replace it? If you don't have tilt steering, I would get an LX column
