syncromech fluids for tranny

i was wondering if syncromech fluids for differentials will work with mai tranny 94 accord, mai car grinds in fifth. someone told me i was able to, someone said don't risk it..... help me out

you can use the GM syncromech.... it works great too!

i use Pennzoil Synchromesh gear oil, half the price of the GM stuff and is the same ****. it has smoothen out my 3rd gear grind.

the penzoil is half the price, you'll need about 2.5 quarts, it could shorten the life of your tranny(not a lot though) but it will shift smoother and will prolly fix the grind
