I have a Greddy turbo, a TDO4H from a Greddy 92 to 95 civic turbo kit. I need to find a gasket to fit the turbo to Greddy turbo manifold.
is there any gaskets I can go get from a local parts store that will work on it, or who can I order one from

yeah go to a Mitsu dealer and get the gasket from a turbo eclipse. i got mine there. I have the part number at home if you want to wait till 2nite.

 

do you know if the oil return flange is the same size. I need that peice too

 

yep, the oil return is the same. I had to buy a whole oil return pipe from them and then I just cut it up.

 

if you have the part numbers could you give them to me, but if not you have been a great help!

yah, I'll be sure to give you part numbers. I had them print out a diagram with all the part numbers of that turbo section.

Yes listen to DRAGLS. I went to Mitsubishi when I needed a new exahust gasket between the turbo and manifold and Mitsu didn't have anything even remotley close. We checked the gaskets for the TD05 and T25, neither was close. Turned out that Nissan used the same gasket for the 300ZX TT

 

Seriously? I thought most of the smaller Mitsu turbo's shared the same bolt pattern. I had a t25, td04, and a td05 all side by side and they were all the same. from the mounting flange to the o2 housing.

anyway, my scanner is acting like shibbitz 2nite so I'll scan a cool part's diagram I got from my Mitsu dealer and post it in the morning.

 

assuming the flanges are the same, I believe they are - others differ, here are the part numbers for a t25 in a dsm application. I just may be wrong and they ARE different. I dont think so though,

I dunno, maybe mine is a freak, but we compared the gasket's right there at the counter and they weren't remotley the same....

 

strange, maybe you've got a freakazoid.

all 3 I've had were from dsm's. t25, td04hl, and td05h and all were the same. and I've reused the same gasket since the t25.

 

The exhaust flange on the Greddy TD04 is different than the DSM TD04. Just like how the HKS says that their exhaust manifolds will fit a T-25. Just not a DSM T-25. The HKS manifold happens to have the same flange as the Greddy turbo, however. Many people opt to bolt up the HKS B-series manifold to adapt the Civic Greddy kit instead of modifying the Greddy D-series manifold. So you should be able to call Greddy or HKS for a gasket.
