Default Cable tranny?

will a cable tranny out of a lx bolt up to a d15b in a 96 civic ex? im not sure if i got a hydro tranny now or a cable tranny and thought you needed a conversion kit or something...

a cable tranny from a lx?? it would have to be like from an EF civic. all 92 and up USDM are hydro

Cable transmission into a 1996 Civic is not worth the hassle. D-series Hydraulic transmissions are cheap just buy the proper transmission for your application!
