How do you tell spring rates

Default How do you tell spring rates

How can you tell based on the picture? It says 180 and 200. Is that the spring rate?

Well it says on the springs themselves....180 on the left 2 and 200 on the right 2

which is it? dont know how to read or dont know how to multiply?

180.64.44 = 7" x 2.5" x 250 lbs/ft
200.64.58 = 8" x 2.5" x 330 lbs/ft
