Default d15b vtec with mpfi auto swap Q's

I'm gonna swap in a d15b vtec in to my 89 civic dx auto. Ive been searching for engines on ebay and what not. Would any or all of these work?

http://www.hmotorsonline.com/s...30019
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...33615
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...33615
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...33615 (not vtec)
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...33615 (not vtec)

which would you recommend out of those.

Also. I found these Two guides on doing the mpfi auto swap. Would you guys recommend following these guides?

http://hondacrx881.tripod.com/mpfiswap.html
http://www.rywire.com/dpmpfi.shtml

Or is there an easier guide to follow on the MPFI swap that I can't find.

Trying to get all this ordered and ready to be installed by june 1st. I hope.

Whatever you do try to stick with Hmotors, i'd stay away from ebay, but that's just me...
