ya im not looking for a really expensive engine or to get alot of power out of it... i just want something brand new that doesn't have 240,000+ miles on it like that one does.
so .. b16 .. d15b .. dohc zc ... what would be the cheaper and / or easier way to go

You should get a jdm d15b vtec...be a little different. I think the DOHC zc's kinda suck. The parts have always seemed frustrating to me and there practically no aftermarket stuff for the DOHC zc

thats prolly your best bet. if you want to mod now then nuy another block and build one up out side the car first then swap when the current one pukes. or shoot it with a 100 shot when your ready to swap

AT to MT swaps arent too expensive #1. And as long as you have the right harness you can put any B series into your car. ( and mounts of course) Go to your local junk yard and find a set of pedals, and a trans cable, and your golden. Linkage should come with the swap.

No way; he'll be an old man before that D15 dies, unless it's not maintained at all. It's a Honda after all, built to last!

the b16 is probably out of your budget, the cost you spend to swap in a stock one you can have a sohc or dohc zc swap w/a lil mods for equal or less i'm sure. good luck.
Any D16/ZC would net a GREAT overall power improvement over the current DPFI D15.
No need to go B16, especially if you're low on $$$ and this is your first swap.
B16 AUTO sucks *****!!!
what's the use!!!!!!
