does anyone know how big the opening on the dumptube flange is? is it 44mm too or is it smaller?

i need to order the pipe to make the dumptube but i dont have my wastegate yet, so what size pipe would i need.

1.5" fits on the dump flange perfectly.

 

its a 44mm opening but the tube can be any size.

i would think it should be the same size or bigger. you dont want to choke the wastegate dump tube or you may run into boost spike problems.....?

38mm=1.5"
40mm=1.57"
44mm=1.73
46mm=1.81

 

so is it the same size...anyone that has one want to comfirm?

 

you need a 44mm tube.....a 1.75" tube will work perfectly.
