eEdelbrock VictorX trouble brok where the stud goes

I over tighten the bolt and broke that piece right off. What do you guy suggest i do

Have a welder weld it back on. It won't cost much at all.

jb weld it and don't tighten it so much just enough to keep the fuel rail stabilize is good enough
