Default V-TEC Controller

so i want a vtec controller for my hatch, since it kicks in at 5800 rpms.

is ebay a good idea?

also dont set your vtec at 4000 or some stupid ****

to find the sweet point is to go to a dyno and tune it out

You need to tune it on a dyno or you'll end up losing power. You cant use someone elses settings, you need to tune it according to your mods.

what do you have done to your car.. its just vtec.. if this a stock motor i would end up luaghing at you if you tried to dyno it/tune it

Yes, I played around with my VAFC and set the crossover at 4400 in my B18C. Lagged during the crossover, and made noise afterwards. I set mine at 5000. Transition is pretty smooth.

if your gonna buy a vtec controller off ebay u might as well just pm me cause i know where u can get hondata for 200 or 245 depending on what model you chose

Hondata is a better choice IMO
