I'm just trying to find out how hard it is to put in and do i have to dyno to tune.

 

if its just a simple vtec controller then theres no need to tune the car to set it up, but if it also controls air/fuel settings then you need a dyno to set it up properly.
As for connecting it up, if you dont get instructions, check out apexi's site and look up the instruction manual for the VAFC it will basically be wired in to teh ECU the same way
