drop it in at a steep angle. transmission side alot lower then the other side.

If you put it in from the top take out the battery tray, it will make it alot easier to get it in there. also make sure your radiator is out.
i have done a couple at the shop through the bottom pretty damm easy (with a hoyist)
and last time work at home on my person car did it that way too @ home even
but using the standard top drop method u will need to remove the hood, radiator, battery tray, front cross member, and would be nice to remember to dent a bit the driver side for the alternator>>>!!!

Yes just have a friend help you man, put the harder to get to mounts in first, the rear and passanger side... then use some manuvering and pry bars to line the mount up for the 3rd bolt. Im me with any specific questions

Also remember to make dents in the engine bay to fit the distributor, at least I think you have to with ALL b-series. Have fun with the b16!
for god sake watch the tie roads and the crossmember. THe battery tray needs to be removed to make it easier...and don't even make a dent in the chasis for the alt....just get a belt thats about .5-.75" shorter then the one everyone calls for.....it's easy....Slide the Tranny side in first....and then slowly bring down the otherside....You'll have no prob with the motor mounts....except the rear mount....that sits on the chasis cover for the steering stuff......P.I.A
