Default Integra Type R tranny Question....Please help...

i recently bought a 94 gsr with a type r tranny..i was doing an oil change...and i noticed that wheni turn one tire the other doesnt move..i thought that both would but i dont know..i asked a friend and he said that on the oem lsd's both wheels will not spin until your driving and one wheel slips then the other engages...anyone know if this is true.....iknow that it is a type r casue i matched the vin code and the lsd stamo is on and the gears are short and fast...anyone know about the wheel turning let me know...

Was the car in gear? If it was the other tire should rotate the opposite direction.

yes when it was in gear the other one rotated opposite direction...but out of gear did not is that correct?

Yeah that is correct. When it is out of gear the other tire will do nothing.
