heater core/wiring removed = gauge issues?
i removed my a/c and heater from my 94 cx about a month ago. when i did i also took out the wiring from the climate control to the pass side of the dash(since it was not being used any way). everything was fine until last week when my gauges stopped working. hazards/signals/lights in cluster/etc all work fine, but the gauges dont move! checked #15 fuse (all of them actually) and the ends of the wires that went to/from the cluster. not sure what to do now, any input would be nice. TIA
Hate to bump such an old thread. Did you ever figure out the problem?
I'm going to be removing my heater core and everything else not needed. Would like to know how everything worked out in the end.

if you're doin' tha heater core alone, then you shouldn't have any problems. or are you wantin' to remove even tha heater box (etc.) as well?
