Has anyone seen this new turbo Manifold w/Downpipe made by OBX for 450$ (Part #TH9401). Made from full 321 stainless steel, so I would think thats good or at least better than the other manifolds they have made in the past. I need to know if this good stuff or just some cheap **** like SSautochrome. In the picture here it looks like good quality from the welds and material. Any opinion will be appreciated.

 

well, it will work great as long as you brace the turbo..

Do you know what material the top turbo manifolds are using?

 

i actually just bought one from fullrace but you can take that 450 and times it by almost 3 and dont include the downpipe...,i guess it all depends on what type of horsepower your making to check out there stuff go to fullrace.com

 

Yeah I know about full race they have the same stuff as cheapturbo.com and cheap turbo has it for alot cheaper. They both are overpriced to begin with and they're not even all their hyped up to be. My friend had bought one and it cracked two weeks later with just 360whp. They did replace it for free though.

 

pish posh, i have this manifold/Dp setup, 10psi daily, 2400 miles so far, no issues. Made OUTSTANDING power with this mani on only 10psi, might be close to the record of HP per pound of boost...

**** is super strong, its not going to crack, OBX did their homework, dont confuse it with SSAC ****. its night and day. Best bang for the buck, thats for sure.

 

PS. they offer a lifetime warranty with the OBX one too!

 

Thanks for the input I wanted to hear from someone who actually had the setup. You got some pictures of it installed so i could see how it looks ?
