There is something I can't seem to get my mind set on... and I'm seeking all the help I can get. All opinion and suggestion are welcomed, thanks for helping me out. (i have bother the hell out of tbone, DDD, and omniman... sorry guys, and thx for the help)

below is what i have, and i would like to know what you guys would do if you were in my position, and what's the best cost effective way in your opinion. i'm not after peak power, as mid range is more of my concern, something that's useful.

it's all for a JDM B16A SiRII that have those of the following:
- stock block
- AEBS intake manifold
- Bored TB
- 4-2-1 DC Header


should i run those below? (yes, i have them coming off my itr)
- skunk2 stage1 cams
- jun ti retainers
- jun valve springs
- str cam gears

or will you simply run ctr/itr cams + omnipower's retainer and valve springs? and sell the skunk2 and jun stuff i have?

i have read so much stuff about Buddy Club 3+, i think the more i read, the more confused i get.... straight me out guys.

- Buddy Club 3+ cams?
- CTR / ITR Cams?
- Skunk2 Stage1 cams?
