BIG PROBLEM car revs up to 5000k then it drops

I got a 94 LS, centerforce stage 2 clutch, and tanabe Super Medallion racing exhaust (with has a gasket leak) and no cat. It all started after i used seafoam on my car. While i was using the seafoam on my car the dizzy went, then i got one the next day, my friend put it in for me, the car was working fine. Then every once in a while the check engine light would go on while i drive then i would turn off the car and it would go away, but then after a while when i would punch it the car would get up between, 5500 6000 k then the RPM would just get stuck(this only happen while i was driving), then it got worse. It would punch it or just cruise up to 5500 then RPMS would drop and get stuck at 3500k (with my foot still on the gas). Well i got code 9 (cylinder sensor) I got another new dizzy, that didnt help, code was still there, then i got a throttle body off a auto LS, that didn't help either the i checked the wires going from the computer to the dizzy and they were fine, so i got a computer of my friends LS (used also but free) that didn't help. i car's idle would go from 900 1500k up and down, then i did the timing belt water pump and i got the car timed b/c one of the gears skipped a tooth, that solved my idle prob but cel still there, Another thing my original comp would read out codes 3, 7, 9 and my friends comp (which is in my car now) only reads code 3. Guys please help me!
