Default Fueling problem...need an expert...turbocharged car.

Subject: 94 Integra GSR with Drag3 Turbo Kit.

Problem: Car stutters when throttle is quickly pressed, will eventually catch up but is still leaning out overall.

I don't know what this can be. It's not vacuum, I have good strong vacuum with no leaks. I have changed the 02 sensor, fuel filter, cap, rotor, wires, plugs. I'm almost sure this is a fueling problem now though. I thought maybe the map sensor was bad, changed it, nothing happened. when you leave the sensor unplugged, the car throws a check engine light and overfuels, but runs fine with no stuttering. this has lead me to believe it is fuel related. the fuel pump seems to be running fine (it is an aftermarket holley) and it doesn't seem to be an injector problem (car doesn't miss on any cylinders, just doesn't seem to work at all because its not getting gas). Only thing I have left to check is the regulator that is attached to the fuel rail. The car also runs on an fmu, but i had a spare and that is not the problem either.

I need help.... anybody.

Thanks in advance.

Also, turbo kit is not new to car, has been on for 30-40k miles.

Why would that be the problem if it was used for 40,000 miles and worked wonderfully? I then changed it and had no difference. That's not the problem.

My car did the same thing aftr 10,000 on a FMU, I put in new (used) injectors and changed the FMU aswell as changed the filter in the missing link and my problem was solved I had all the parts lying around so I just did it all at once and got lucky i guess. Remember FMU's crank your fuel pressure up to in excess of 100psi some times so that will wear out injectors, pumps and even the FMU alot faster then normal but seems like you checked all that anyway so ill stop blabbering

I don't think those are the problems because when you unplug the map sensor, it shovels fuel into the car and other than running rich, it runs fine.

Get new/cleaned injectors.. and if you havent done so, get a new fuel filter.. but sounds to me like injectors.

i had a similar problem.. it was my injectors. goodluck
