Default GOT THE R BACK TODAY!!

Well after over 2 weeks of bad news, ****, and becoming poor, I finally got my R back today.

Bran new tranny in. Bushings soo tight, feels like driving a bran new R. I love it. and the US 4.4 FD isn't as bad as i thought it was gonna be. Maybe a little slower, but better on the highway.

Anyway, I glad to have the R backand wanted to thank everyone again for their help and comments!

Is there anything at all salvage-able inside of it?

tranny blew up....... long story. But I had it coming. But hey I got it back, just got done like a 2 hour cruise where I live on some backroads. It felt soo good to be in the R again. The US FD accelerates slower but I still had alot of fun.

around 2k....... i got screwed on labor for taking out my old one and putting in the new one because they claimed they had to take off my jdm 4-1 header, which I know is not true, but they did take it off because I saw it on the ground. O well. I got it back, money is on the side right now till i get that credit card bill haha

Glad to see you got your back. About the FD, with your car pushing 200+whp, was traction an issue with the 4.7 or with the 4.4. How do the two compare traction wise in first and second?

Since you have a brand new tranny that has ONLY been on your car, just swap the VIN plate from your old tranny to the new one.
