A basic rebuild with forged pistons and some nice rods is all you need. ACL or Honda bearings are fine. You probably want to overbore it .5mm and have the crank polished up. So all you need to buy is the seal gasket kit, pistons/rings, bearings and rods then have the block cleaned, bored, honed, decked and assembled. Put the head on with some aftermarket studs and an OEM z6 headgasket and you should be good to go.
