man dont try to patch up fix this, you need to restart w/ a whole new better quality setup. save your money, never lower a car on stock shocks (i highly recommend against it) Suspension is the last area you want to be cheap w/ it will cause tons of headaches, and the money you waste to make your shitty setup better, you could have jus bought nice equipment to begin w/. and if your car is that low you've prolly already blown your factory shocks, if not then very close too.

to answer your other questions, ground control is a coilover product company. They are pretty decent product if you match them some after market shocks.

im not sure what you mean by a "spring feeling" when your car goes aver a bump or a dip it should take it then become steady immediatly after that, it should not continue to bounce.

i would change everything man. when parts work together, one shitty part will always **** up a good part. and you will never get the full potential out of something unless it match properly w/ another componet

camber kit- depends on how often you want to buy new tires becuase they will wear faster on the inside and will need replacing more without one

ground control is a company
coilovers are adjustable height
springs are like stock suspension

check out my suspension thread in my sig below lots of ideas on what to get
