Please tell me if my alignment specs are good, I can't read them.
Maybe I am mentally challenged, but the only reliable source I have about alignment is Helm's manual and I just can't use that information to analyze this spec sheet:
I've specifically asked those people if they have my car's factory specs in their machines' database and they said yes. But it seems like they are using regular Integra's data....my car is still abit loose, maybe it's the new tires but I expected the car should be firm as the first day I got her.

to be honest, it looks ok .. Everything is with in allowance. Type Rs stock have some sort of negative camber in the front so you'll be ok.

I hit a small tree on my front left (driver), but there are no major damage except that my headlight can't aim up anymore. There's never been any impact on the front right (passenger side).
Why didn't the tech adjust it...it can't be adjusted?

Caster can't be adjusted, and it's wrong in the bad way. That wheel is basically standing straight up (side view), not tilted back, like on a bike. It'll be a little more lively than it should be, but it'll be okay.
There's quite a bit of stock side to side stiffening on an ITR, so when you whack one side, the other can get screwed up.
