Default Turbo cams

Up to what RPM are you still making power and what cam set up are you using?

Revving to 8000rpm...max power is at 8000rpm and still going up. Using Skunk 2 turbo cams. I am in the process of building the bottom end more (block girdle) and then I'll rev to about 9000. I'll let you know how it goes, but I am guessing that I'll either be still making power at 9000, or it will start to level off.

Click the cardomain.com link in my signature if you want to see the dyno charts (the latest dyno is the last one on the 1st page).

Talk to Boosted hybrid on boosted-hybrid.com. He said a car he tuned lost some major WHP going from B16 cams to skunk2 turbo cams. CTR's rock!

CTR intake and GSR exhaust. pulled to 10,500 in a turboed b16, 8,900 in a gsr. They are for sale, though.

yea I've heard that the gsr cams are really good for turboed cars. I like the fact that my power curve is still rising at 8000, but I think the skunk2's are less aggressive than stock gsr's (non-vtec). It may just be my imagination though.
