Default WTF is up with my car?

Ok I went to the track Friday night and ended up leaving very disapointed.....
2 runs
1st Run
rt..1.06
60..2.42
1/8..9.98
1/4..15.37
mph..90.63
2nd run
rt...927
60..2.32
1/8..9.91
1/4..15.30
mph..90.31

chassis 92 Cx full interior
tires. 195/50/15 Yoko AVS100
motor..LS bottom end US p72 pistons oil and water pump
b16a head GSR cams,CTR valve springs and retainers, 3 angle valve job,
AEM gears, tanabe midpipe, cheapy muffler shop axle back with cheap
muffler, cheap brand head and testpipe, B16A tranny (cable with conver.
kit) Exedy stg.1 clutch

The motor was recently rebuild and I am thinking the rings did not seat correctly, I have been told it smokes, but it is not enough for me to see in the rear view. I know it uses some oil, so I am pretty sure that is what it is.

The old LS/vtec set-up which was
LS bottom end 150k plus mile completly stock with B16A head with GSR cams (stock head no work) same tranny and clutch and exhaust
Ran like a 14.5-.6 or so at like 98+ mph

Do you guys think my blow-by is causing such slugglish *** times?
The car feels decent and has no problems running around the streets.

thanks,

brandon

Oh yea the car is untuned using a chipped p28 with 5500 vtec crossover
8500 rev limit (shifting at 8K)
the cam gears are adjusted which I think might be hurting me also
+2 intake and -2 exhaust
do you think my cam gears be adjusted and untuned is hurting my perfromance?

why dont you have the cams at 0,0 ? where did you pull those numbers from? what chip is in your ecu? how do you know its good for your setup?
2.32 60" needs some work
get the car tuned, then race it. dont blow it

buddy, you have a 2.4 60ft. and a 2.3 60 ft...right there you are .5 tenths of a second slower in the bottom end of the track than what you should be..obviously, you are spinning bad..so step up the tire a notch..go to a 205/50/15 or a 225/50/15...getting yourself down to decent 60 ft. would increase your times severly..if you can gain .5 second in the bottom end of the track, on the big end you will be close to a second faster..

well I checked it
1-190
2-187
3-200
4-210

I also put the cam gears back to 0 0

The plugs looked like ****...White and corroded...(I guess my autoshitmeter A/F gauge is not too accurate, always showing rich and barely moving)

Another thing I found out is that all the intake manifold nuts were loose, (well I was able to turn them about a full turn with a wrench) I snugged them down a little not too much cause I am going to torque them with a torque wrench.

I adjusted them after I got the motor back in the car...has about 1200 miles on it. I will proably adjust them tomorrow.
