For what its worth the JDM B18C has a compression of 11:1 vs the USDM B18C5 which is only 10.6:1. The 98 + JDM ITRs came with a 4-1 header though vs all USDM ITRs which come with the 4-2-1 cast manifold! The JDM set-up makes more power obviously, but it's certainly not significant!
