torgue for a b16a??

random question, if i had a b16a engine, what can i do to gain more torque?
what can i do, what parts?

stroker kit(fairly expensive)
nitrous(cheap and effective) they dont call it torque in a bottle for nothin
boost also fairly expensive.

what if i get the cams from skunk2, would that help, should i get the stage 1, 2, or 3?
