Need some KEY Help.
I've lost my only key to my door
and i wonder how much would it cost to get it replaced? or should i just get another assembly for the lock? Which is cheaper and anyone know the estimated price?

Somehow call or visit your local honda dealer, and if you give them ur VIN they should be able to make you a key, granted the key cylinder is OEM. Thats the cheapest way to do it, or you could replace the entire system.

I believe you need more than just your vin. I would hope so at least.

Or insurance or something that proves that it is your car. It is only $5 a key from the dealership.

Depends on where you live. My old town you just walked in and gave them the VIN and they cut you a key on the spot. Now that I've moved to PHX I beleive it would take a frigging DNA scan to prove that you own the car....LOL!!!!
At any rate you should be able to solve the problem rather easily if you get in contact with the dealership. Its what they are there for.
