Default More problems, possibility of being fuel related.

Ok awhile back i had problems with my Evap canister. Every time i refueled or opened the gas cap my ITR would not start with out giving it alot of gas. Then after it started would not idle untill about 5 minutes of steady throttle. I replaced the evap canaster and got the car tested at the honda dealership for a leak in the fuel system.
Everything went fine all spring untill this last week as temperatures warmed up. about 30 degrees C everyday. Now when i got to start the car it either has a very high idle or will not idle worth a ****. I am starting to get very frusterated. No lights come up in the dash such as check engine. I have been using 94 octane and even drained the fuel out because of the possibility of poor gas or water in the tank. The problem still occurs though after the car sits for more then a few hours. Usually dosent happen in the morning but does at the end of my work shift leading me to think it is due to the heat here. But that still doesnt seem like a real issue as it is not that hot even.
Also i did replace the fuel filter and change the oil and problem still occurs. No loss in fuel pressure according to my inline b&m guage.

Well any suggestions would be much apreciated.

Also i am very sure that my Cat has gone bad due to the sulphur smell under heavy throttle. Which may also mean this is related to the sensor on it. But then the problem only happening in mid day and not morning or nite makes me wonder.
My 2000 ITR has 65600km on it.

no CELs? I doubt the EVAP canister will cause a problem like this. I completely removed my EVAP system and my car runs fine. What about a PCV or something? And when did these problems start happening? Was it by chance when you installed the JG manifold? Are u sure all of that stuff is hooked up correctly?
