how do I change the bulb color output in a 97 civic gauge cluster -- I want it to be RED or Amber. let me know...anyone, thanks!~

yea same idea.. change the filter on the bulbs or paint them

Thats the best thread ive seen on the topic, you really should of searched tho, you can substitute any paint you want tho to get the effect your going for...

 

the new scions offer the color changing dash.. its preety cool option for a stock whip....

That thread rocks i used it when i changed my bulbs to red. only took me about 45 min. of work and a few hours watching paint dry. be sure to put a few coats on when you do it.

 

painted mine last night, i did about 3 coats, and now they're not working..so i have to go n buy new bulbs..i guess maybe somehow the paint messed up the bottom of the bulb..oh well..be extra careful when painting them..
