How much HP can a stock ZC motor handle if tuned properly?

I have the same engine with an rhb5 turbo, hf manifold, sti ic, 1g dsm bov, my problem is with the fuel management section i dont know what to do im most likely going to use turboedit and chip an ecu but i need help making a map, i have a map thats from a ZC with a small turbo only difference is he has bigger injectors then me but i downscaled it, if anyone knows how to use turbo edit pm me please :D

 

PS, top hp of 220 or so im told on stock internals
