I have a t25 turbo, f22 injecters, nice lil frontmount, fmu, greddy bov s1, 2,25 pipeing,hks turbo timer,also just thinking if I should keep the boost at like 8psi. I don't wonna blow my motor what psi do you guys think is safe 4 a dohc zc

my buddy has a dohc zc, he has had it turboed for about 2 years w/ a t25 and dsm injectors @ 10psi he was making " i think" 200-220 whp. and just recently he is noticing alot of blowby

with tuning, a dohc zc can hold more power than you can make with a t25

I made 300whp and 230wtq on 16lbs, pump gas tuned on crome with a stock DOHC ZC. It last two years before it through a rod.

I don't know if my block can hold 16psi I'm thinking more like 8 psi lol

Well the ACCEL fuel injector chart I have lists 235cc injectors for every F22, so I would suspect that with the FMU you'll run lean before you max that motor out.

Also since its going to be 'tuned' with an FMU, you'll have a hard time coming close to 200whp with 8psi on anything but a big turbo for a zc, like a 57trim t3/t04e. I'll bet that if it blows, it won't be from too much power - it will be due to an odd lean condition that comes out of nowhere, or a boost spike that the maxed out fuel system can't handle.

some 1 told me that I can use 90 turbo eclipse injectors is that true???this is my frist time turboing

you can use eclipse turbo inejctors yes.... but you have to reprogram your ecu. otherwise at idle it dumps 2x factory fuel(450cc injectors are justa out twice as big as your factroy 240cc) your F22 are useless... i think they are the exact same as your ZC injectors. if you just throw in dsm 450's your car will barly even start. you have to calibrate the ecu so it knows that there are bigger injectors. and then you need to tune it to proper AFR's(or dyno for power)

edit: FMU + DSM450(eclipse turbo) wont work figured ide just say that straight out. you need to modify your ecu.
