Default Question about stock intake.

Quick question about the Type R's stock intake setup. I bought the car used and the guy that had it before me had already installed an AEM cold air, so I never really got to see first hand what the stock intake setup was. I'm looking to try and obtain the parts for the stock intake as I type this...but I was wondering, where is the resonator located? I owned a Civic Si previous to this car and the resonator was located in the bumper, it had a U-shaped pipe go through it, and then eventually to the air box. Is the Type R intake system (stock one) setup in a similar manner? Thanks for the help.
