car troubles, was fast-slows down- dont run at all
hey i was timing my cars ignition by feel(since i dont have timing marks), and i got it to just the right advance, my car was pretty fast. soon later it starts to have trouble revving, and slows way the hell down, after a few more turns through a construction zone, it slows to the point where i have to pull over, because it is just that slow. the two things i can think of is that i fouled the plugs, so i changed them, and it didnt do a dam thing. at first i just thought i glazed my six puck, but because it doesnt rev in neutral i know it cant be that. has this happened to anyone before, is it possible that the drive belt slipped, even though it slowed down at a constant rate? thanks to anyone with any ideas this is really weird.
