Default SideWinder 2 OverKill?

Going to be buying another Honda Civic Si, but I'm going to be building a custom turbokit first, before buying the car. Anyway, I was wanting to know if the SideWinder 2 was overkill. I really like the idea of the kit keeps my A/C and look badass. I'm wanting to know if the Dyno difference is worth it in the end. Since If I buy a Manifold it will have to be A/C Compatible and where most are angled to the side, they dont flow as good as the normal turbo manifolds.

i think its a really nice manifold.

i like think the 4-1 style sidewinder v2 will flow better at high boost though.

edit: it would be pretty easy to run intercooler piping. clock the turbo down, and just use a dual pass intercooler

I can barely tell what's going on in that picture

I'd say it's too over the top. I'd never pay for something like that unless it was for a full race car, and obviously that's not the case because it's made to be A/C compatible.

HAHA lucky you.

On topic, is this manifold still going to be produce. I remember there being a long thread a while back, but after that I never heard anything since winter time. At the time I was considering it for myself as well.

Wow thats gnarly - but id never call it overkill. Id rock it daily. I used to have a sidewinder on my old setup, it was a head turner for sure.

Not to get into all the advantages and disadvantages of that manifold but make sure you ceramic coat it inside and out!!

Yep we are producing them, they seem to be taking off. There will be some very powerful cars in the next couple of months with nice and chilly passengers Its the only B series AC compatible 4" full downpipe manifold that I have ever seen...

Very true... Got to love creativity.

Looks like turbo is scared of the AC compressor.

Damn, that's one crazy *** manifold!

But wow! What other manifold allows AC and a full 4" downpipe? I don't know of any others...

I expected it to be much more expensive than it is too... no wonder people are buying them up!
