i would also say that it sounds like #17 is what's wrong. you better get underneath the car and take a look before you start to order stuff.

no seventeen is intack. its the shifter it self. like when you sit in the car. you can pull it up and it will go up. then when you let go. it just settles in on a peice of metal. sorry thats what i meant by dropped. seventeen is still intack and good.

13 is just the stabalizer bar, its just there to hold the shifter up.

agreed. my part 10 is half melted (never let two n00bs install a short throw ) and it works fine.. just gets dirty and messy to use quick

i think the part ten goes at the ball part of the shifter. it keeps it floating in the middle. with out it. it will just drop down

OMG, I had the SAME problem few weeks ago. You just need to go to Honda dealer, ask them to run a search on the part to see what dealer has one in stock, go and pick it up. If you can wait, order one.

It's pretty simple to replace it. Unbolt the shifter / linkage (One bolt holding it) remove old parts, or if they're not there just replace with new. For me it was just that cup, and that rubber peice that goes underneath it.

No, for me it was part 7. It's just a plastic "Cup" It probobly just got torn apart and fell off, cause I didn't find one when I was replacing it.

I believe it could only be:

Part 8 (Rare)
Part 10 (Probobly not, cause it's rubber)
Part 7 (Most likely)
