d157-mini-me into 99ex...plz help

Default d157-mini-me into 99ex...plz help

I using the d15b7 block with the 99 complete head and manifold and dissy and the p2p ecu, and the 99 wiring harness, problem is the that the 99 block has the (CPS) crank position sensor, and this d15b7 does not have one from what I seen...will my car start up? If not what do i have to do so, I still have the 99y8 block in my yard but it useless.(spun bearing). plz I need this car..its sucks being on foot!

Damn

I'm not sure about your situation but my suggestion is doing a obd2b to obd1 conversion so you dont have to worry about that sensor and will probably save you a lot of headaches.

Crank position sensor is in the distributor buddy...

I think you're thinking of the knock sensor...

Its not the CPS I was mistaken it was the CKF or is it CFK...crank flu. sensor by the lower timing cover..only on obd2 cars..
