Hey all, I have a DA9 Integra with a b18a1 in it. It's an automatic and the only engine mods is exhaust. I started it earlier today and as soon as it would start it would just die immediatley. I did it 4 times and it died and then I finally got it started.

What could this be?

 

Not sure, but it could be the ignition switch. I had a similar problem with my 91. I could start it, but it then would die. Thought it was the starter, but turns out it was the ignition switch.

 

My friends 90 civic was doing this.... turned out to be a bad connection to the battery terminal...

 

Does it die straight away or after a few seconds or minutes?? If its dieing straight away i'd say its probably the ignition switch.

Yeah, I remember this happening to my girlfriends '90 Accord. It just dies right away when it's started.

 

Oh, also this only happens when the car is warm. It doesn't happen when I start it when I goto work in the morning.
