Default non-bypassing oil filters

Since my car sees 70-80 psi of oil pressure most of the time (startup and high RPM) I figure my oil filter is bypassing a lot. Are there any non-bypassing oil filters that will fit Hondas?

Canton has a few models that you can use. Though if you're worried about bypassing have you tried using a filter media that you know filters are little bit less? Or have you tried using a larger oil filter? Right now on my car I never reach anything above 75 psi using the FL-1a Ford Motorcraft filter. Though I'm going to start using the FL-400s due to the silicone anti-drainback valve.

I ditched the remote oil filter setup and am going with a Mocal sandwich adapter now. This means I have to use a 20mm x 1.5 thread oil filter. I would prefer not to use a replacement media filter like the Canton. Any other recommendations?
