Default PM6 ECU NEED HELP FAST IN THE NEXT HOUR

okay so i'm lookin to buy this ecu its a pm6 and my question is were there any pm6's that were made for an automatic transmission and how would i know?

i don't think there was any si's that where auto...but i could be wrong..

Yeah there was an auto PM6 ECU it was in the auto Civic EX (90 and 91 I believe??). Sorry cant help you out with finding out how to tell though?

lol okay for 20 bux i'm gonna go ahead and buy it and if its auto and i put it in my car will it **** my engine up and how will i be able to tell its auto or manual once its in the car?

Actually come to think of it there might not be any difference?? No it wouldnt mess up your motor but there arent any electronic controls for the tranny (besides the reverse lights) so it may be just fine? But yeah for $20 bucks you might as well you could always Ebay it later

There is a Auto (PM6) ecu, but its called a PS9. PM6's are all manual as far as i know.

If you use a PS9 in a Manual Car, it will throw a code for Automatic Transaxle lockup Solenoid. B

BTW i have a PS9 if anyone is lookin
