ABS Codes 11, 16, & 81 (99 LS) - Need Help!

ABS Codes 11, 16, & 81 (99 LS) - Need Help!
Alright my ABS light was on when I bought this car and I pulled the codes for it and got Codes 11 (Wheel Senor FR), 16 (Wheel Senor RR), and 81 (Central Processing Unit - CPU). Can anyone tell me if this is a DIY job or am I going to have to bring this over to a mechanic? Any kind of help is appreciated... Thanks~

Well I took care of codes 11 and 16.... my abs line behind my rotor was loose and all I had to do was tighten it. Whats with this other code tho.... 81??? Anyone have ideas on how to fix it?
