Default will not rev past 5k

i'm about to burn this car. i spun a rod bearing on my motor at the track. i put in a new z6 motor, y8 manifold, and lightweight flywheel. i've gone through all i can think of and nothing has changed. the car runs great it just will not rev past 5k. i tried to post in the eg forum but appearantly if you have an ef you can't post in there. this is driving me nuts. i swapped vtec solenoids. went back to the a6 injectors and resistor box. car drives and shifts smoothly so i do not think it's anything to do with the flywheel. would incorrect cooling routing cause it? i believe the lines are on right but need to recheck. i've been searching for two weeks and can't find anything related this. help me. here are some recent threads i've created that give more info on the setup.
