possible injector problem a6-z6
i swapped to obd1 injectors when i did my swap. i cut the wires at the resistor and soldered them together. has anyone had any trouble doing it like this? i'm getting hesitation right after shifting and the car seems to hit a rev limiter at 5-6k in every gear. i saw where eda6 has mentioned a block off plug. where can this be obtained or can i make one? i'm about ready to go back to the a6 injectors.

If you've soldered the wires together then you've already made one.
You can find these near the drivers side shock tower in eg's\eh's.

Think of this as a distribution block.

I'd get a ohmmeter and check resistance from where you soldered the wires together to the injector clips if you think your wiring is shitty. All readings should be similar. Check the resistance of the coils. You should see 10-13 ohms.
If it's electrically ok then i'd try another set of injectors.

wnet and checked resistance on the injectors and they all read zero. tried to put hte a6 injectors back in and ressistor box and car still does the same thing. runs fine until it hits 5k then it just acts like it's bouncing off the limiter.
