you should be able to find some posts if you do an archived search for PRS 4 or PRS4. I would stay away from that little piggyback unit, seems pretty getto.

Thx for the 411. I just ran across this while I was checkin out another site.
What would you recommend instead of this. I'm doin a mini me with a y8 a6 setup
and i'll be using a vafc for vtec.

Btw could you help me on this one, I am limited to 5 posts a day cause of post hogging by other trial users, so I'd appreciate if you could check this, thx.

I would definatly go with the T3. My roomate has a T3 .48/.42 saab type turbo on his y8 powered ek and it feels almost like that turbo is prefectly suited to that motor for daily driving. he is making 200whp on stock internals + cometic hg

Where can I go to get this t3 rebuilt & where can I go to look for parts for it

Yeah I know, it seems like it does alotta stuff. Its like a FMU, VAFC A/F controller
and a MSD timing retarder, datalogs & its a piggyback.
Too good to be true?

i friend of mine used it on his boosted sx8 (honda city) and never had a problem so far. he is using a greddy turbo kit for a civic but retrofited it to the city. dyno tuned the car and got about 150whp.

i think perfect power is from australia or new zealand. pretty bang for th buck.

They're from south africa, and I've heard good things about this unit from a few different VW guys. I'm going to try it in my boosted 99 mk3 jetta 2.0L in about a month. If anyone is still curious I'll let you know how it worked out. Oh, I'm also doing the 3bar MAP swap from the stock MAF for easier boost tuning.
