Default turbo timer install and still able to arm alarm w/ car on? my timer doesnt have the wire that connec

i have my turbo timer installed and the alarm was installed when i bought the car, but i cant arm the alarm with the car being still on and worse yet it unlocks the doors once the timer is finish counting down. how can i fix this anyone have any ideas? ive searched and found instructions on how to do this with a relay, but my problem is my turbo timer doesnt have the wire that goes into the relay... my timer has red, blue, green, black, and grey for the ebrake. my alarm is some sort of prestige that came with the car and my turbo timer is an old school apex. thanks

does your alarm have passive arming? If not there is a write up on here on how to use a relay and the e-brake wire from the turbo timer to charge the relay making the alarm thinking the car is off. Another option is to buy an alarm with a turbo timer built in, or if you are more concerned with just using the keyless entry you could put the alarm in valet mode.
