my friend is about to buy a '95 cx hatch only 70,000 on the engine. wat would be the quickest way to get power out the engine without an actual engine swap. and if he were to do an engine swap what would be the "best bang for the buck." and you have any other advice about this type of civic, that a newbie would beneift from, i would appreciate it
